Terms and Conditions of Sales and Delivery

1 General Information

For all your orders in the context of this online offer, Geekrulz is your contracting partner.

Deliveries from Geekrulz to the customer are carried out by a third party in accordance to the general terms and conditions outlined below. The customer agrees to honour these terms and conditions during the whole business relationship.

2 Conclusion of the Contract

(1) By filling out and sending an order form, the customer makes a binding offer for the conclusion of a sale. The customer then receives by email a confirmation that the order has been received. The order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of the offer but shall only acknowledge to the customer that their order was received by Geekrulz.

The contract is concluded when the appointed third party ships the ordered product to the customer and collects the payment.

(2) In case Geekrulz is unable to fulfill an order, the customer will be notified. 

3 Delivery / Shipment

(1) Stock items will be shipped within a 2-5 business days depending on delivery location. Delivery times and terms of delivery shall only be binding if Geekrulz has expressively agreed to such in writing.

(2) Delivery is currently available in Sri Lanka only.

(3) Overseas delivery to be conducted by DHL can be arranged if required. The additional delivery charges will be discussed with the customer and the total order cost has to be paid before delivery can commence. 

4 Prices

(1) The stock item prices mentioned in the site are as is without any hidden costs. Delivery charges will be added separately depending on order destination.

5 Payment

(1) Payment will be carried out according to the customer´s choice of either cash on delivery or other payment methods. Geekrulz reserves the right to limit the method of payment chosen by the customer depending on order value, shipment region or other objective criteria.

(2) Geekrulz is entitled to make use of the services of trustworthy third parties for the handling of the payment:  

6 Conditional Sale

(1) Before payment for the goods has been made in full, the goods remain property of Geekrulz.

7 Guarantee

(1) Information, drawings, figures, technical data, specifications of weight, measurements and services, which are contained in brochures, catalogs, newsletters, ads or price lists are only of an informational nature. 

(2) Stock items are quality checked before being shipped out. In the rare instance of any damage, Geekrulz can be contacted for re-funding or re-delivery.

8 Technical and Design Deviations

(1) When fulfilling the contract, we expressly reserve the right to deviate from the descriptions and information in our brochures, catalogs and other written and electronic documents with respect to material, colour, weight, measurements, design or other features, as far as these can be considered reasonable for the customer. Reasonable cause for change may result from fluctuations customary in trade and technical production processes.
